• Completion of UX Engagement for Project #2. • 35 hours of UX audit and support engagement delivered to first selected project. The specific scope to be defined collaboratively at the start of the engagement. • Final Project Completion Report summarizing both engagements' outcomes. Deliverables: The complete engagement reports for both projects and a final summary overview.
